Delivery, payment & returns Standard UK delivery. Your item will be sent in a sturdy gift box. Delivery is free in the UK, using Royal Mail first class post. We aim to dispatch your goods within 5 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). Each item is made by hand which can take several days to complete. A signature may be required upon delivery. International I have enabled European shipping again, so can accept orders from European addresses. Delivery cost is £10. Payment We only accept payments made with all major credit cards through PayPal. Returns We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt.
