Description A Life Reclaimed is a selection of lyric poetry, poetic monologues, short stories and a memoir in verse. There is also an exploration of Jewish influences in Joyce’s Ulysses. The writing ranges from inner examination of the ‘self’, to outer description and narrative. There is a search for existential meaning in the subconscious, in memory, in love and in tragedy; traversing the coastline, streets and urban spaces in the city, often finding everyday things to be liminal in character
