The backdrop and neon sign is rented & will be collected after 24 hours. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 percent refund will be issued. If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued. Delivery Information The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability. Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images. If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience. No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted. Care Instructions Keep the balloons away from children as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking. The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties. Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.
