PAYMENT TERMS: The price is quoted for the above-selected picture Only. 50% of amount to be paid on confirmation and Rest of the payment needs to be paid to event coorindator once the arrangements are Done. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. DECORATION DETAILS: Minimum 8 – 12 feet height is required for decoration set up. Cake table and cloth need to be arranged from your side. Continuous power supply is mandatory for the decorations to be completed on time. You need to provide the ladder to complete the decoration, if necessary. You need to make sure sufficient set-up time is available. You need to ensure that all necessary permissions/copyrights and authorizations are in place to arrange the decoration. Set-up does not include cake table, cake tablecloth, stage, table and chair arrangements. This style can suit any occasion with appropriate customization with welcome and name board at extra charges. TERMS OF BOOKING: All the decor styles will be booked for the above-mentioned rent duration. You need to make sure sufficient time is available to set-up decorations at your venue. All the decoration items except balloons are on hire basis only. Extra charges are applicable if you want to own it. For anything additional which is not mentioned here, charges will be extra. If there is any damage to any of the merchandise used for this set-up during your party, you will be billed accordingly. Booking does not include any furniture/fixture. Examples, but not limited to chairs, tables, carpets, power points, ladder. Booking does not include housekeeping service. Although we use all reasonable safety precautions, we cannot be held liable for any casualties arising at any stage.
