RECIPE SUGGESTION: CHOC CHIP MUFFIN RECIPE. Makes ±6 muffins. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 6 Cup Muffin Tray. Scale (preferably electronic) / Measuring Jug. Mixing Bowl. Spatula & Whisk. Cooling Rack. INGREDIENTS: Lifestyle Food Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix 375 g. 2 Large Eggs. 100 g / ml Filtered water or 125 g / ml Milk. 60 g Butter, very soft. METHOD: Preheat oven to 160 ̊C. Whisk water and eggs in mixing bowl. Add pre-mix and soft butter, and combine contents with spatula (DO NOT over mix). Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin tray. Bake for ±21-23 minutes. Allow to cool for ±5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. VEGAN RECIPE INGREDIENTS: Lifestyle Food Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix 375 g. 200 g / ml Almond Milk. 60 g / ml Vegetable Oil. 3 g (1⁄2 Tsp.) Double-acting Baking Powder. METHOD: Preheat oven to 160 ̊C.
