Description SINGLE ACTION SELF CLOSING BRUSHED STAINLESS STEEL SPRING HINGES 3mm THICK, SUITABLE FOR RESIDENTIAL GATE APPLICATIONS. SOLD PER EACH STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION WITH ADJUSTABLE SPRING TENSION, WEIGHT CAPACITY 25KG WITH 2 HINGES, 35KG WITH 3 HINGES. SOLD PER EACH DIMENSIONS HEIGHT x WIDTH WHEN OPEN 100 x 100mm 1. Hinge Installation: Install Hinge in normal manner with the tension adjustment up (Tension adjuster at the top). 2. Adjusting the Spring Torque: A. Place the door in the closed position. B. Insert Hex wrench in the hole on top of the barrel. (see FIGURE 1) C. Rotate Hex wrench clockwise to tension spring. D. Insert tension locking screw E. Remove Hex wrench and check the door for closing force. If desired closing force is not achieved repeat steps A to E until the closing force is satisfactory. Made from 304 grade stainless steel
